The Sellers ViewWe have absolutely loved living here for the past six years. As one of only two ground floor flats, we enjoy direct access to the river just steps from our spacious private terrace, which is perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the stunning waterfront views. The terrace also leads to a peaceful, almost private green space, making it a wonderful extension of our home. One of the things we have cherished most is the tranquillity. With only one direct neighbour and the rest of the development separate, noisy disturbances have never been an issue. The community here at Readings Riverside View is truly special. Friendly neighbours are always happy to lend a hand, and there is even a WhatsApp group to keep everyone connected and updated. The location has been an absolute joy, offering something for every lifestyle. There are beautiful country walks nearby, perfect for dog owners. The town centre and train station, with direct links to London, are just a short stroll away. Being within walking distance of Reading FC has been a real highlight, but more than anything, we will miss the incredible convenience and variety this location offers, whether it is a peaceful riverside walk, a quick trip into town or simply enjoying the scenery right outside our door. If we were not expanding our family with a little one on the way, we would happily stay here. It has been the perfect home for us, and we will truly miss it. The Agents ViewIt is rare to find an apartment so beautifully connected to nature. The east facing terrace runs alongside the River Kennet, offering a peaceful setting to enjoy a morning coffee while watching the ducks paddle by. If you are lucky, you may even spot a kingfisher, known to frequent this stretch of water. The terrace itself is exceptionally spacious, perfect for entertaining guests, while the wraparound section provides a secure spot for storing bikes or other belongings. Inside, the apartment has a sleek and modern feel, thanks to its relatively recent construction just six years ago. The master bedroom is a well proportioned double, featuring a separate dressing area and a stylish en suite shower room. Both bathrooms incorporate high tech touches, including digital taps, ambient lighting and mirrors with built in LED clocks. The second bedroom is also a generously sized double, with both rooms enjoying views over the terrace and river. The kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, and seamlessly flows into the spacious open plan living area, which also benefits from those stunning waterside views. There are two large storage cupboards. One houses the gas boiler with additional storage space and the other is dedicated purely to storage. This is an uncommon and valuable feature in apartment living. The property includes an allocated parking space just a short walk from the front door on the same level, making it especially convenient when bringing in shopping. The development also offers a small number of visitor spaces for when friends and family come to visit. The Area ViewLocated just 25 minutes from London by train, Reading is one of the South East’s most vibrant towns.
