The Sellers ViewI have loved living at Skelton Court - its a really friendly block and people are happy to take deliveries or lend a step ladder or screwdriver! We've even been known to have BBQs in the garden in the Summer. The flat itself is a great space. It is south facing so there is lots of beautiful light when the sun is shining and its toasty warm in the winter. It so well insulated that I often don't need to put the hearing on which saves on the bills! One of may favourite things about the flat is being able to come home from a long day at work and treat myself to a relaxing bath. The flat is in a brilliant location so I've been able to walk into the centre of town to enjoy the shops, restaurants and bars in one direction or drive 10 minutes in the other direction and be in the middle of the countryside in Sulham woods, which is one of my favourite places to walk. The transport links are great with buses and Reading West train station - I have always been able to get a seat on the train to London when I get on at Reading West even on the commuting train in the morning, which is certainly not the case from Reading central! The Oxford Road area is very vibrant and one of my favourite coffee shops is at the bottom of Connaught Road. It's great to spend my Sunday morning enjoying a flat white and a croissant. The Agents ViewThis apartment is a fantastic opportunity for a first-time buyer.
